Guadalajara will have a direct air link with New York.

The Guadalajara International Airport will expand its international connectivity during the winter season with a new direct route to John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York, Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP) reported.

The new connection will allow nonstop travel between Guadalajara and New York, strengthening the flow of passengers who use this route for both tourism and business travel.

The Guadalajara airport currently has 66 routes, and for the winter season, its network is expected to reach 71 destinations, including the new connection to New York.

“The direct connection between Guadalajara and John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York is a route that our passengers have been eagerly awaiting. This service will facilitate nonstop travel to one of the most important destinations in the world and will offer new alternatives for both tourism and business travel,” said Cryshtian Amador Lizardi, administrator of the Guadalajara airport.

The Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico stated that the new connection is part of efforts to strengthen Guadalajara’s position as one of the country’s main air transportation hubs.

The route will operate daily from December 17, 2026, to January 3, 2027, using Boeing 737 aircraft with a capacity of 166 passengers.
