AMPI and CANIRAC join forces to promote food and 3 thousand properties in the region

This Saturday, February 17, the event “Realty & Foodie Market” will take place, where restaurants and real estate agencies will join forces to promote themselves and attendees will be able to obtain information on 3 thousand homes for sale in the region.

The event is a collaboration between the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) and the National Chamber of the Restaurant and Seasoned Food Industry (CANIRAC). There will be 28 stands in total, including 8 from restaurants and 16 from real estate developments in Puerto Vallarta, Bahía de Banderas and Cabo Corrientes.

Carlos Lemus, president of AMPI Riviera Nayarit, highlighted the great interest in this tourist destination to buy a second residence, have a place to vacation or simply as an investment.

Currently, there are three thousand units available from developments endorsed by AMPI, which guarantees that they have all the required government regulations. Among these units are condominiums, houses and commercial premises.

The event will take place this Saturday, February 17 from 12 to 8 pm at Parque Hidalgo. It will be an exhibition with stands interspersed with gastronomic samples, mixology and wines, while attendees receive information about the real estate projects.

There will also be talks on mortgage loans, including some aimed at foreigners on the functioning of trusts and tips for investing in Mexico.

Laura Patricia Virgen, president of AMPI Cabo Bahía Sur, announced that in the third week of June a national congress of real estate agents from all over the country will be held, which is expected to be attended by approximately 500 participants.
