Distinguished by its elegant black hull, contrasting white superstructure, a surprisingly large pool on the aft deck, and its helipad on the upper deck, the Yacht LIVA O, valued at more than 250 million dollars, is not only a symbol of luxury, but also a marvel of engineering. Its advanced hybrid propulsion system, powered by MTU engines, guarantees an ecological and efficient sailing experience.

Designed for delight, the Yacht LIVA O has accommodations for up to 16 guests, attended by a crew of 25 professionals. One of its most outstanding features is the innovative Neptune Lounge, complete with a large underwater window, which provides a unique and immersive view of the marine world under the yacht.

The proud owner of this nautical masterpiece is the billionaire born in Germany and American citizen Stephen Orenstein, who currently resides in Dubai. As it is remembered, for several years now, two super luxury yachts arrive every winter at the facilities of the maritime terminal from the beginning of the year, these are the vessels Attessa IV and Attessa V, valued at $250 million and $150 million, respectively.

According to various versions of social and finance magazines, the owner of the vessels is the American businessman Dennis Washington who has a fortune valued at 6 billion dollars, which places him in the 83rd place of the 100 richest men in the world according to Forbes magazine, who enjoys a few days of vacation in this region.

The yachts are considered as mini-cruises, as they are equipped with gym, spa, massage room, luxury cabins for 28 guests and 21 crew members and what attracts the most attention in the case of Attessa IV: a platform with helicopter on board.

The luxurious vessels arrived in Puerto Vallarta a few weeks ago, after having visited other ports in the world. It is still unknown how much longer it will stay at pier 2 of the maritime terminal, but according to what was observed in other years it usually sets sail in early February.

It should be added that this yacht, one of the most luxurious in the world, was awarded in 2011 at the World Superyacht Awards as the best luxury vessel in the world.

This draws attention for its design and for the helicopter that is part of its equipment, so that passengers can reach almost any hidden beach or place on land where it is possible to land.
