A man was found dead and with bullet wounds in the Ajijic delegation, in the municipality of Chapala.
Staff from the municipal Public Security Police Station reported that the discovery occurred on the Chapala-Jocotepec Highway at the Hidalgo junction in the town.
The municipal police officers went to the indicated crossing to verify an anonymous report in which they indicated that there was a person lying at the point.
Upon arrival, the patrolmen confirmed that it was a man of approximately 50 years of age, already lifeless and with three bullet wounds to the neck.
Shortly after, the paramedics from the Green Cross appeared, just to confirm the death by protocol and requested the presence of the personnel of the State Prosecutor’s Office and the Forensic Medical Service to take charge of the removal of the body.
The body was taken to the Forensic Medical Service where it should be handed over to his relatives.
