To boost tourism in Mexico this summer, NH Hotel Group made an alliance with Civitatis through which it launched benefits for travelers ranging from 30 percent discount, early check-in and late check-out, children under 12 years free, breakfast free buffet for two, and lunch pack.

The Spanish hotel chain seeks to reactivate tourist activation by offering guests to immerse themselves in a trip with exclusive activities such as visiting museums, archaeological sites, practicing ecotourism, or taking tours, facilitating accommodation packages.

NH Hotel Group and Civitatis have an offer of accommodation and tours in tropical destinations on the Yucatan peninsula such as MĆ©rida or Cancun or enjoy an urban destination either Monterrey, Guadalajara, or Mexico City.

The hotel group has a practical portfolio for leisure travelers to live these experiences, including NH Collection Mexico City Centro HistĆ³rico, NH Collection Guadalajara Providencia, NH Collection Monterrey San Pedro or NH Collection MĆ©rida Paseo Montejo.

The NH and Civitatis alliance seeks to promote local tourism and strengthen the industry by providing guests with a safe lodging option in either of the company’s two brands.

Under the Feel Safe at NH concept launched by the hotel company, nearly 700 standards have been adapted to completely redesign the customer experience cycle.Ā Endorsed by experts, these measures were implemented in each of the group’s 364 properties around the world to provide the maximum guarantee of biosecurity.

The program also includes different initiatives, such as the FastPass service to check-in and check-out online, choose your room, and the Mobile Guest Experience application, to control the hotel stay from any mobile electronic device and access the property information.Ā
