The Jalisco government presented the “Jalisco World Festival 2026,” an event that will promote local crafts, gastronomy, and products during the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The Secretary of Economic Development, Cindy Blanco Ochoa, reported that the project aims to directly benefit 1,000 artisans, small businesses, and farmers by providing them with sales spaces for national and international visitors.

The festival will take place from Friday to Sunday, June 12 to July 4, 2026, at the Casa de las Artesanías (House of Handicrafts) and Agua Azul Park.
The call for participation is now open to local artisans, producers, and micro-entrepreneurs.
