Why did the man die on the Banana Boat?

Initial reports indicate that the death was related to a cardiac complication triggered after water activities.

Preliminary reports indicate that the tourist had a history of hypertension, heart conditions, and previous surgeries that had affected his medical condition, factors that may have contributed to the loss of vital signs in the middle of the tourist area.

However, the appropriate authorities will officially determine the cause of death through a legal autopsy, as well as establish whether there is any liability arising from the tourist activity in which he participated minutes before.
