Municipal police will reinforce surveillance in these neighborhoods, said the Guadalajara City Council
During the early hours of this Sunday, February 1, fires were recorded in the Ferrocarril and Moderna neighborhoods in Guadalajara, with damage to at least 15 vehicles, of which six were intentionally burned. The Guadalajara government reported that it is collaborating in the investigations with the corresponding authorities to identify the causes and find the alleged perpetrators of the events.
The Intelligence Division of the Guadalajara Police Station and the State Prosecutor’s Office are working on the case, while municipal police will reinforce surveillance in these neighborhoods, the City Council said. No injuries were reported after the fires.
