The Guadalajara City Council began with one of the actions proposed by the municipal president, Verónica Delgadillo, during her campaign, which is the operation of night brigades for the cleaning of the city.
The first actions were carried out in the Historic Center of Guadalajara where 113 public servants intervened.
It is a deep cleaning where even pressure washers are used. The sites intervened on the first night were Plaza Tapatía, the esplanade of the Cabañas Museum, Paseo Hospicio, Plaza Fundadores, San Francisco garden, Plaza de Armas, the perimeter of the Cathedral, among others.
During the first day of night cleaning of public spaces, 91,289 square meters were cleaned.
