The call for applications to recharge the Mi Pasaje Verde card for free public transportation in Jalisco is now open.
The Mi Pasaje Amarillo card benefits seniors, people with disabilities, students, and single mothers with a 50 percent discount on fares, while Mi Pasaje Verde provides a 100 percent subsidy for the same groups.
To apply for the Mi Pasaje Verde card, the platform (https://mipasaje-ssas.jalisco.gob.mx/) has been open since August 30 for seniors, women, and people with disabilities. Starting September 8, it will be open for students.
If you do not have internet access to make an appointment, you can schedule one by calling 33 30301225, available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Service is available at 12 modules in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area for the following groups:
- August 30 to November 8: Seniors, women, and people with disabilities.
- September 9 to November 8: Students.

Required Documentation for All Groups
- Printed or digital appointment confirmation
- Original and 2 copies of:
- Updated CURP
- Proof of address: electricity, water, telephone, property tax (no older than 2 months and paid)
- Official ID: INE, Passport, or INAPAM for seniors (any one is valid)
Additional Documents
- People with disabilities: Permanent disability certificate (issued by the Jalisco Health Secretariat, or a medical certificate, clinical summary with the doctor’s signature and license number, from a public or private institution)
- If a caregiver is needed for transportation, present the Disability Certificate issued by the Health Secretariat specifying this and fill out the Support Request Form B at the module.
- Students: Current proof of studies and/or Kardex signed and stamped by the educational institution, ID, payment order accompanied by the receipt in the student’s name (any one is valid)
- Single mothers: Letter under oath of truth signed at the module. Note that women must present 3 copies of their documentation to access the free subscription to the MiBici Public Bicycle System.
