Celebrate the Day of the Dead in a different way with Xantolo, a new festival that will make the University Cultural Pavilion vibrate.
Set aside November 1, 2023, to live a different experience in this event that seeks to merge tradition with modernity in a night full of music and culture.
There will be live DJs (they will be announced later, but Deadmau5 is already confirmed!) and loads of other amenities. Including a monumental altar of the dead, sensory experiences, costume contest and more.

Monumental altar. A tribute to ionic figures of culture and music who have left a legacy in our world.
Sensory experience. Hallways decorated with luminous skulls, flower offerings and vibrant colors.
Live music. Internationally and nationally renowned DJs will light up the dance floor.
Day of the Dead. Open invitation to wear your most creative outfit inspired by the catrinas and catrines. There will be a costume contest!
Food and mixology. To recharge energy with food trucks and themed drinks designed for the occasion.
Live art. Local artists will create Day of the Dead-themed murals and art displays.
Artisan market. To purchase unique products and celebrate the artistic wealth of the region.
Tickets will go on general sale on August 30 starting at 11:00 a.m. Costs will start at $750 on the dance floor and $1,400 on VIP. There will also be more luxurious ones for up to $5,000.
