Flight BV 3235 of the Puerto Vallarta – Jalisco route of Viva Aerobus presented a failure in one of its engines in mid-flight, which forced the return of the aircraft to the airport on the afternoon of this Wednesday, April 19.
In a video broadcast on social networks by journalist Oscar Mario Beteta, one of the plane’s engines can be seen exploding while it was going over the sea. Due to the failure, it is observed that the plane suffers turbulence; however, Viva Aerobus said that there was no setback with the flight.

The airline mentioned that the protocols established for this type of situation were activated, in addition to the fact that the landing was successful around 4:29 p.m. at the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
