President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador congratulated the Mexican filmmaker Guillermo del Toro for winning the award for Best Animated Feature in the 95th edition of the Oscar awards.

Guillermo Del Toro was born and raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
