Hey there travel bugs! it is Dianne and Guillermo again, we retired early in 2018 to pursue the dream of financial independence.

✔️Average Weather – 55 – 85F degrees year round – Sunny most days of the year – No or few natural disasters exposure

✔️Cost of living – Good exchange rate with USD – Low cost, fresh food – Low cost utilities or alternatives (ie: solar panels, rain catchments, etc.) – www.numbeo.com ranking

✔️Easy Transportation – Rideshare app such as Uber or Lyft – Subway, bus or train system – Bike lanes

✔️Distance to international airport – Less than 45 minute drive

✔️Distance/Access to beach -Walking distance preferred -Two hour drive max -Quiet Beach

✔️Price/Style of Homes -$200,000 USD or less -2 Bedroom/2 Bath minimum -Yard space -High speed internet -Secure Garage/Driveway -Newer or updated but able to remodel -Up to 200 sq meters finished space approximately -Preferred: Open Concept, Pool, Terrace, View, Gated Community. ✔️Size/Population/Things to Do -Population over 1,000,000 -Nearby cities/getaways -Museums, University, city center, landmarks -1,000+ restaurants
