The Ensenada Municipal Public Safety Directorate will implement a special operation due to the Baja 1000 race in its 53rd edition, which is scheduled from November 17 to 22, in this port of Baja California.

According to authorities, as part of this operation, the Ensenada Bypass will be closed, due to the adjustment of the route. Therefore, motorists will not be able to access by either of the two senses and also on different accesses from Sunday, November 15 at 3:00 p.m., and until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 22.

“Said temporary closure will be carried out mainly at the junction of the Ensenada Bypass and the Ensenada-San Antonio highway, as well as at the crossroads formed between the Ruiz Prolongation and the street that leads to the Cobach of the Los Encinos subdivision”, authorities indicated through a release.

In this edition, the Ensenada Bypass will be a review, start and finish area of ​​the event, which will not have access to spectators in order to avoid crowds and possible outbreaks of Covid-19.
